Holiday Fun

The holidays were fun. I did not send Christmas cards this year, so if you didn't get one, it's not because we don't love you any more. Well, maybe that's it for some of you...noooo, not really. This Christmas felt a little different. We didn't get a Christmas tree this year, but Cindy and Christian made up for that by getting 2this year...wasters! I missed my very spread out family for Christmas, but enjoyed a great Christmas with Jamie's family. Callie's first Christmas was good. She was very busy meeting lots of new people (which stresses me out a lot more than her.) But, we both survived and she now has an even bigger fan club. We celebrated New Year's with some of my friends and actually stayed up until midnight this year. Time is flying by, I can't believe it's 2008 now. And where have the last 3 months gone! They seem like a blur to me. Callie hit 3 months over the holidays. She has grown tremendously and is so much fun. She smiles a lot, enjoys having conversations, reaches and grabs things, pulls things to her mouth, loves to be pulled up to the sitting position and then to the standing position, loves to eat her toys, reads her books with mommy and daddy, and is an overall easy-going and fun-loving girl. It's so exciting to watch her grow. Remi is doing well too. He can't wait until the weather gets warm again so I can take him and Callie on walks again...like the pregnancy days.
